 Barcelona (Spain), August 16, 2023 – Mitiga Solutions, a climate tech company that applies science, AI, and high-performance computing to strengthen resilience against climate-related hazards; has been selected as one of the top 100 companies committed to positive impact, in the prestigious Impact/100 annual list by Norrsken, the non-profit foundation. This esteemed recognition celebrates Mitiga's dedication to driving positive impact and its commitment to creating a more resilient and sustainable world.

The Impact/100 Award is an annual recognition presented by Norrsken to acknowledge the world's most promising impact startups. The annual list -- dubbed the ‘Nobel Prize for Impact’ -- was created in 2022 and celebrates companies that are tackling global problems like poverty, famine, environmental issues and mental health, also defined as driving measurable, positive progress against the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

More than 700 companies were put forward by over 30 nomination partners, and a jury from the world’s leading impact and venture capital organisations selected the top 100 companies.  The Norrsken Impact/100 comprises:

Additionally, the list will be featured during Impact Week in September 2023, one of the largest impact tech events in Europe, reaching an audience of several hundred impact investors, decision-makers, and founders.
